Ever since I became a nurse in 2003 I envied the life of a traveler and I knew that it would only be a matter of time before I would take on this adventure myself. I started researching various traveling companies and found that most of them were offering pretty much the same thing. This was very confusing and frustrating because I wanted to make the most out of my traveling experience and not regret my choice. The moment I talked to Margo Schofield she put my mind at ease. She listened to me and really worked hard to make this a great experience.

My first assignment was in Bronxville, New York in the emergency room. I was a little nervous, but very excited. I was traveling with my 15 month old daughter and my husband and Margo made sure that everything went smooth. It was great not having to worry about housing, benefits, or money. The best part was being able to work 3 days a week and have the rest of the time to sightsee. And they've given me the flexibility and time to focus on my most important work—my daughter. Traveling allowed us to see parts of the country that we may have never seen. I have been traveling now for over 2 years and I love it!

I started my nursing career with InteliStaf seven years ago and I am amazed at how far I’ve come. I had graduated from college and started working as a Med Surg and Telemetry RN in a local hospital, but decided I wanted to try something different. InteliStaf was going to be my stepping stone to bigger and better things, but seven years later I’m still here. My experience has been wonderful and I feel like I’ve grown up with InteliStaf. I’ve had my two biggest life changing events while working here. I went from being a new nurse, to a wife and now a mother. InteliStaf has helped me in my life’s journey. This experience has given me the freedom to make my schedule flexible to fit my family’s needs. Most people think that working agency doesn’t allow you to learn new things, but my experience has been the complete opposite.
